MP-HUB08 is used when more than 50 MP intelligent devices need to be connected into a large-scale network, or the network wires of MP control devices on each floor (area) are collected to the control center, and are subject to the unified monitoring of the computer software of the control center. In some cases where the 'daisy chain/hand in hand' method is not allowed due to the wiring situation, and only bifurcated wiring can be used, the multiplexer MP-HUB08 must also be used to ensure the signal stability of the lighting network bus
Main feature:
The MP-HUB08 module has 1 MP network bus input port and 8 MP network bus output ports;
Two-way communication between the MP network bus input port and the 8 bus output ports;
The 8 network bus output ports are isolated and protected, and do not communicate with each other.
Each network bus port has short-circuit and open-circuit protection functions, even if one port fails, it will not affect other ports.
It is recommended that the subnet corresponding to the output port of each MP network bus be connected to a maximum of 50 sets MP smart devices, and the network transmission distance is recommended to be within 500 meters.
(Theoretical value is 1200 meters, but we recommend adding a network signal amplifier device MP-485BST for every 500 meters, and the maximum network distance of the subnet is still 1200 meters; if the distance exceeds 1200 meters, the intelligent network bridge MP-IBG should be used or fiber optic)
Up to 128 multiplexers MP-HUB08 can be used on the MP network bus at the same time, and tens of thousands of MP smart devices can be used. (In the case of using the intelligent network bridge MP-IBG, the multiplexer MP-HUB08 number and unlimited, infinitely expandable)
The MP bus interface adopts photoelectric isolation technology and surge protection circuit, which can effectively prevent lightning strikes and surges.
MP-HUB08 module supports transmission rate up to 115.2Kbps.
